(4) Mondays,

April 20 - May 11
A four-week guided practice for nervous system regulation. A soft, consistent space to slow down, return to your body, and begin your week from a place of calm.
Why This Exists
So much of life asks us to move quickly, produce, and perform. And our nervous systems are paying the price. Studying yoga anatomy in Rishikesh, India, it became clear to me that the stress of everyday life, the tension we've stopped noticing, is affecting our health profoundly. We move through the week running on empty and call it normal. And what we don't tend to, the body tends to hold.
The Monday Reset is the beginning of something I've been building, a space for rest and regulation. A place to land before the week takes hold. One hour, once a week, to remember what it feels like to be in your body, to breathe fully, and to simply be.
Nothing to perform. Nothing to achieve. Just a space to land and be with yourself.
Each session follows the same gentle rhythm, so your nervous system can begin to recognize it, trust it, and settle into it. Over four weeks, that consistency becomes something your body looks forward to. to perform. Nothing to achieve. Just a space to land and be with yourself.
What To Expect
Each Session
Every Monday we move through the same arc — familiar enough for your system to settle, spacious enough to meet you wherever you are.
01. Breath: Returning to the breath. Simple, guided pranayama to begin shifting the nervous system from activation toward rest.
02. Gentle movement: Light, accessible stretching to release tension held in the body.
03. Grounding: A practice to bring you into your physical body.
04. Body awareness: A practice for noticing sensation, releasing held tension, and deepening the connection between mind and body.
05. Meditation and visualization: An invitation into stillness, spaciousness, and ease.

FAQs
Do I need any experience with meditation or yoga?
1
None at all. This practice is designed to be accessible to everyone. If you have a body and a breath, you are ready.
What if I can't make every session?
2
All sessions are recorded and sent to your inbox shortly after we meet. That said, there is something quietly powerful about gathering together in real time — the energy of the group is part of the practice. Join live whenever you can.
Do I need to have my camera on?
3
Not at all. You are welcome to keep your camera off and simply be present. No active participation is required. Just arrive and breathe.
A comfortable seat or space to lie down, loose clothing, and ideally a quiet, dimly lit room. A candle and a cup of tea go a long way. Your nervous system will feel the difference.

What do I need to prepare?
Is this suitable for people dealing with anxiety or stress?
5
Yes. Nervous system regulation practices are specifically designed to support the body in moving out of stress responses and into rest. This is gentle, guided work, there is nothing here that will overwhelm you.
