Form & Flow
A Mindful Creative Arts Workshop
April 2026
In Person
Los Angeles
We’ll begin by grounding into our bodies and soothing the nervous system. Once we’ve found our center, we paint. No experience needed — just a willingness to slow down and play.
-
We begin by grounding into the body through breath and nervous system regulation — releasing whatever you’ve been holding and becoming completely present. From this centered space, we move into our creative practice. This is not a technical workshop; there is no pressure to "be" anything. I will guide you through a simple, expressive painting exercise using a wet-on-wet watercolor technique taught in Waldorf schools. This method embraces unpredictability over perfection, allowing you to simply play with color and light.
-
A regulated nervous system is your greatest asset. When we give ourselves space to root into the body and create intuitively, it has profound effects on our stress levels, concentration, and overall well-being.

A Note From Nicole
Hello My Loves,
I hope you’ll join me.
I grew up in a Waldorf school, where my days were filled with painting, drawing, movement and making things with my hands.
I was raised with a deep reverence for nature and learned from a very young age to tune in and listen to my body.
Creativity was never separate from wellbeing — they were always one and the same. That foundation never left me.
Throughout all of my studies and experiences, two things have proven themselves to be true over and over again: a regulated nervous system is our greatest asset, and creativity is essential for connecting to our inner world.
Form & Flow is where those two truths come together. It is the workshop I wished existed — a sanctuary space where you can soften, create, and come back to yourself.
No artistic background is needed to find that peace; just your presence.
I’d love to see you there!
Nicole Xx
