My approach is deeply personalized and draws from nervous system regulation, Jungian psychology, dreamwork, meditation, creative practice, visualization, and energy work.

Rather than following a fixed formula, each session unfolds according to your unique needs.

SESSIONS LOOK LIKE

Every session is different.

Depending on your needs, our work may include conversation, reflection, nervous system regulation practices, guided meditation, dream exploration, visualization, creative exercises, or energetic healing.

Some sessions are practical and insight-oriented.

Others are deeply restorative and experiential.

The intention is always the same: to help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.

SESSION DETAILS

60-minute sessions held online via Zoom.

While individual sessions are available, many clients find that meaningful transformation emerges through ongoing support and consistent practice.
